NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nano-material involves adding 8-12 pts. wt. molybdenum chloride solution, 5-10 pts. wt. copper chloride aqueous solution and 10-15 pts. wt. potassium sulfide aqueous solution, performing ultrasonic treatment for 5-10 minutes, then adding 15-25 pts. wt. polysorbate, and magnetically stirring for 10-20 minutes. The solution is transferred into sealed reaction kettle, stirred and reacted for 30-40 minutes at 80-100 degrees C after separating to obtain molybdeum sulfide/copper sulfide particles. The 5-10 pts. wt. ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide is added in deionized water. The 3-6 pts. wt. N-dodecyl trimethylene diamine bromide is added, and stirred uniformly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The molybdeum sulfide/copper sulfideparticles obtained and 8-12 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate are added into hydrothermal reaction kettle for 8-13 hours at 250-280 degrees C, naturally cooled, filtered, washed with distilled water, dried, and nitrogen is introduced in hydrogen atmosphere at 650-800 degrees C for 3-6 hours to obtain graphene nano material.
