NOVELTY - Preparing graphene reinforced copper matrix complex material comprises: (i) preparing flat-bottomed mold, adjusting mold bottom plane to level, preparing graphene powder, pure copper powder, mixing, grinding in an abrasive dish or placing in a grinding containers mixed and grinding, mixing evenly, placing the powder is evenly on the bottom of mold; (ii) overlying powder and sizing the bottom of mold, applying thin pure copper; (iii) melting copper liquid slowly, casting into mold; and (iv) cooling to obtain a graphene reinforced copper matrix complex material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene reinforced copper matrix complex material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The matrix complex material improves material strength, hardness, average hardness is not less than 80 HV, conductivity at room temperature not less than 80% IACS, coefficient of heat conductivity at normal temperature not less than 339 w/ W/(mK). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene reinforced copper matrix complex material comprises: (i) preparing flat-bottomed mold, adjusting mold bottom plane to level, preparing graphene powder, pure copper powder, mixing, grinding in an abrasive dish or placing in a grinding containers mixed and grinding, mixing evenly, placing the powder is evenly on the bottom of mold; (ii) overlying powder and sizing the bottom of mold, applying thin pure copper, where thin pure copper sheet has gap of not greater than 0.5 mm with bottom side wall; (iii) melting copper liquid slowly, casting into mold; and (iv) cooling to obtain a graphene reinforced copper matrix complex material.
