▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-modified fiber-reinforced resin substrate composite material comprises graphene fiber surface treatment agent for surface treatment of reinforced fibers, and surface-treated reinforcing fiber and thermosetting resin composites. The graphene fiber surface treatment agent is silane coupling agent, and graphene is single graphene, multilayer graphene and/or graphene oxide. The silane coupling agent is methylvinyl-based silane coupling agent and/or amino-based silane coupling agent, namely e.g. vinyltrimethoxysilane or vinyltris( beta -methoxyethoxy) silane. USE - Used as graphene-modified fiber-reinforced resin substrate composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively improves the interfacial shear strength of the fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material, improves the mechanical properties and service life of fiber reinforced resin matrix composites. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene-modified fiber-reinforced resin substrate composite material comprises graphene fiber surface treatment agent for surface treatment of reinforced fibers, and surface-treated reinforcing fiber and thermosetting resin composites. The graphene fiber surface treatment agent is silane coupling agent, and graphene is single graphene, multilayer graphene and/or graphene oxide.
