▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based polyethylene glycol phase change material comprises (i) dispersing carbon black in deionized water, immersing polyurethane sponge in a dispersion of carbon black in deionized water, taking out the polyurethane sponge and drying to obtain a combination of polyurethane sponge and carbon black; (ii) performing first electrical discharge machining on the combination of polyurethane sponge and carbon black to obtain the first intermediate product; (iii) ultrasonically mixing first intermediate product, polyethylene glycol and magnesium oxide to obtain second intermediate product; (iv) performing second electrical discharge machining on the second intermediate product to obtain the third intermediate product; (v) performing acid washing to third intermediate product to obtain the fourth intermediate product, and drying the fourth intermediate product; and (vi) injecting polyethylene glycol into fourth intermediate product, stirring in mold and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based polyethylene glycol phase change material. ADVANTAGE - The method meets the requirements of high efficiency, low cost, high stability, simple process, and no secondary pollution. The device has a simple structure and can realize the rapid and large-area preparation of the graphene-based polyethylene glycol phase change material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: a device for preparing the graphene-based polyethylene glycol phase change material.
