▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene dispersing solution by high-pressure atomization method involves calcining graphite powder firstly at high temperature to obtain expanded graphite powder. The expanded graphite powder is put into the distilled water. The obtained mixture is fully stirred to form swelling graphite aqueous solution. The expanded graphite aqueous solution is atomized by a super-high pressure pump and subjected to sudden pressure drop atomization to obtain a graphene dispersion. USE - Method for preparing graphene dispersing solution by high-pressure atomization method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene dispersing solution by high-pressure atomization method with good performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for polymerizing graphene nylon, which involves: (A) melting the caprolactam at 70-100 degrees C for 1-2 hours; (B) adding molten caprolactam and graphene dispersion into the adjusting slot and mixing; (C) reacting the adjusting mixture in the polymerization reaction at 220-280 degrees C; (D) pouring nitrogen for protection; (E) polymerizing the mixture in reaction kettle for 4-10 hours under 0.2-1.3mpa; and (F) granulating, extracting and drying to obtain the graphene nylon, where ratio of caprolactam, graphene dispersion and other is 100:0.3-15;0.1-0.5.
