NOVELTY - A composite zinc powder graphene coating comprises base material and curing agent. The base material comprises 12-18 pts. wt. flaky zinc powder, 2-8 pts. wt. spherical zinc powder, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene ceramic composite material, 10-20 pts. wt. active filler, 15-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-30 pts. wt. thinner and 1-10 pts. wt. additive. The curing agent is an amine curing agent. USE - Composite zinc powder graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The composite zinc powder graphene coating has high electrical conductivity, high sheet bonding properties and excellent corrosion resistance, forms excellent conductive network, improves synergistic effect of flake zinc powder and graphene microchips, and achieves excellent cathodic protection under low zinc conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene ceramic composite material, involves magnesium powder and aluminum oxide powder, placing obtained mixed powder in a reactor, inducing electricity in carbon dioxide atmosphere, spreading the combustion reaction and cooling to obtain graphene ceramic composite material, mixing graphene ceramic composite material, epoxy resin and diluent, adding active filler, stirring evenly, grinding to fineness of less than or equal to 50 mu m, adding flake zinc powder and spherical zinc powder, stirring to obtain composite zinc powder graphene coating base material, mixing composite zinc powder graphene coating base material and curing agent and stirring uniformly.
