▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene/copper nano-wire composite conductive material comprises graphene, a copper nano-wire (1-99% of graphene) and a binding agent (1-50% of total weight of the graphene/copper nano-wire), where number of graphene layers is 1-20, graphene area is 1-2500 mu m2, and a length-diameter ratio of the copper nano-wire is 10-10000. USE - The composite conductive material is useful in fields of photovoltaics, semiconductors, electronics or energy storage devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite conductive material is cost-effective; and ensures excellent electrical performance and large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing composite conductive material, comprising (a) taking graphene, the copper nano-wire and the binding agent, and dissolving the binding agent in an organic solvent to obtain an organic solution of the binding agent, (b) mixing graphene, the copper nano-wire with the organic solution of the binding agent to obtain a mixture, and (c) dispersing the mixture obtained from the step (b) for 1-48 hours, and solidifying the mixture under a protective atmosphere at 100-400 degrees C for 10-200 minutes to obtain the composite conductive material; and (2) a back electrode material of a cadmium telluride cell, containing the composite conductive material.
