NOVELTY - Preparing permanent hydrophilic nano graphene polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber nano-filtration membrane comprises (1) uniformly mixing polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin, extrusion aid, nano silica, nano graphene dispersant and coupling agent with mass ratio of 20-60:1-15:0.1-10:2-10:0.001-5 to form polytetrafluoroethylene material, (2) pressing polytetrafluoroethylene material into a blank on compacting machine, and extruding the blank through a pushing machine to form a hollow polytetrafluoroethylene tube, (3) stretching, sintering and heat setting the polytetrafluoroethylene hollow tube to prepare a polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber membrane, (4) placing the prepared polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber membrane in a mixed solution with a volume ratio of hydrophilic stabilizer and ethanol of 1:1, and drying the processed polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber membrane to obtain a permanently hydrophilic nano-graphene polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber base membrane. USE - The method is useful for preparing permanent hydrophilic nano graphene polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber nano-filtration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and easy to implement, and economical; and has great practical value.
