NOVELTY - Graphene modified universal epoxy coating comprises component A and component B. The component A comprises 8-13 wt.% epoxy resin modifier, 1-2 wt.% graphene dispersion liquid, 1-6 wt.% silicon dioxide dispersion, 25-35 wt.% paint, 10-30 wt.% deionized water and 1-3 wt.% auxiliary agent. The component A accounts for 55-60 wt.% of the epoxy coating. The component B accounts for 40-45 wt.% of the total epoxy coating. USE - The epoxy coating is useful for fluorocarbon finishing coat or polyurethane finish paint in graphene epoxy anti-corrosive paint system. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy coating has better anti-corrosion effect, and better effect after coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the epoxy coating, comprising (1) adding the deionized water, auxiliary agent and paint into the mixing tank, stirring and uniformly mixing, and allowing to stand for ≮ 5 minutes to obtain mixed solution A, (2) using grinding rod to sequentially pulverize, grind, filter and discharge the mixed solution A to obtain liquid mixed solution B, (3) adding the liquid mixture B into the mixing tank, adding epoxy resin modifier and graphene dispersion, and stirring and mixing to obtain the mixed solution C, and (4) adding the component B to the mixed solution C to obtain graphene-modified epoxy coating.
