NOVELTY - Preparing silica (SiO2)-graphene modified phenolic resin material with high mechanical properties involves adding hydroxylated graphene to distilled water solvent, and subjecting to ultrasonic treatment for 60-120 minutes to obtain hydroxylated graphene suspension. Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide is added to the graphene suspension, the pH is adjusted to 8-10, ethyl orthosilicate is added, magnetically stirred at 30-50 degrees C for 18-24 hours, where the mass ratio of hydroxylated graphene, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and ethyl orthosilicate is 100:1800-2200:800-1000. The product of SiO2 modified graphene composite material is obtained after washing and drying. The silane coupling agent gamma -(2,3-glycidoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane and SiO2-graphene are added to the absolute ethanol, and ultrasonic reaction is performed for 5-10 hours. The product is dried, and epoxy functionalized SiO2-graphene is prepared. USE - Method for preparing silica-graphene modified phenolic resin material with high mechanical properties.
