▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves using 1-20 mg/mL of graphene oxide solution (1). A mixed solution of nano-silicon and polymer is prepared (2). The mixed solution is dissolved in a water solution and alcohol, where concentration of the polymer in the mixed solution is 1-50 mg/mL and mass ratio of the nano-silicon and the polymer granule is 0.05-1. A static spray coating process is performed (3) by using a current collector. Graphene oxide solution and the mixed solution are sprayed (4) on the current collector. A carbonization treatment is performed (5) to obtain a cathode piece. USE - Lithium ion battery cathode piece preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures simple process and high capacity of the cathode piece and enables satisfying application requirements.
