▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Proton exchange membrane blended with sulfonated polyaryl ether ketone sulfone containing long alkyl side chains and zeolite imidazole salt framework (ZIF-67)-graphene oxide (GO) comprises sulfonated polyaryl ether ketone sulfone containing carboxy groups, long alkyl side chains and metal organic framework ZIF-67-GO. The weight percentage of ZIF-67-GO is set to 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 2% and 3% in order to explore the optimal configuration of the composite proton exchange membrane. USE - Used as proton exchange membrane blended with sulfonated polyaryl ether ketone sulfone containing long alkyl side chains and zeolite imidazole salt framework (ZIF-67)-graphene oxide (GO). ADVANTAGE - The proton exchange membrane: has thickness of the hybrid membrane of 90110 mu m; shows excellent proton conductivity; shows great improvement, which is about 1.7 times that of pure film; and increases the proton conductivity of the hybrid membrane by about 27% compared with the Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) membrane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing proton exchange membrane, comprising (i) configuring sulfonated polyaryl ether ketone sulfone containing carboxy group and double bond as the matrix of the casting solution, (ii) adding ZIF-67-GO to the casting solution in the step 1, and uniformly blending, (iii) introducing the long side chain containing sulfonic acid groups into the solution in the step (ii) to complete the preparation of the casting solution, and (iv) using the casting method to obtain the required composite proton exchange membrane with the casting solution obtained in the step (iii).
