NOVELTY - Acid-resistant heat preservation concrete comprises sodium silicate, water glass, silicon powder, calcium, vinylon fiber, perlite powder, sepiolite powder, sodium citrate, sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, yellow sand, cement, gravel, superfine mineral powder, active calcium silicate, water, and auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent raw materials comprise graphene oxide, aluminum silicate fiber, trifluoroacetic acid, heptanoic acid diene propyl ester, dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, cocoyl methyl diethanolamine, methyl guaiacol, and butyl methacrylate. USE - An acid-resistant heat preservation concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete has good acid resistance, good waterproof performance, and increased heat preservation property, and is suitable for use in large-span building. The use of auxiliary agent increases compressive and flexural strength of concrete, fragrance, antirust property, and waterproof anti-seepage property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Acid-resistant heat preservation concrete comprises 10-14 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 20-25 pts. wt. water glass, 40-50 pts. wt. silicon powder, 5-7 pts. wt. calcium, 14-20 pts. wt. vinylon fiber, 70-90 pts. wt. perlite powder, 30-35 pts. wt. sepiolite powder, 6-8 pts. wt. sodium citrate, 3-5 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 1-1.3 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide, 250-280 pts. wt. yellow sand, 170-190 pts. wt. cement, 560-580 pts. wt. gravel, 20-30 pts. wt. superfine mineral powder, 10-15 pts. wt. active calcium silicate, water, and 20-30 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent raw materials comprise 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-7 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 1-1.3 pts. wt. trifluoroacetic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. heptanoic acid diene propyl ester, 1-2 pts. wt. dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. cocoyl methyl diethanolamine, 0.4-0.64 pts. wt. methyl guaiacol, 2-3 pts. wt. butyl methacrylate, 1-2 pts. wt. 1,6-hexamethylene glycol diacrylate, 1-2 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 5-7 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. magnesium borate crystal whisker, 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. safflower, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. ammonium sulfate, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. potassium sulfate, and 16-20 pts. wt. water. Preparation method of the auxiliary agent comprises mixing the sodium carbonate, magnesium borate crystal whisker, coconut oil diamine oxide, aluminum silicate fiber, trifluoroacetic acid, heptanoic acid diene propyl ester, and dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, grinding and dispersing for 10-15 minutes, then adding water, heating to 70-80 degrees C, adding potassium persulfate, stir reacting for 20-30 minutes, then mixing with remaining components, heating to 80-90 degrees C, and stir reacting for 30-40 minutes to obtain the finished product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of the acid-resistant insulating concrete comprising: (A) mixing the sepiolite powder, active calcium silicate, sodium silicate, and water glass, grinding for 20-30 minutes, mixing calcium, sodium citrate, sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, and water, and uniformly stirring; (B) uniformly mixing the vinylon fiber, silicon powder, perlite powder, yellow sand, cement, gravel, and superfine mineral powder, uniformly mixing slurry obtained in step (A) and other remaining components, stir reacting for 8-12 minutes, then casting, vibrating; and (C) pouring at 5-25 degrees C in a humid environment in 7-9 days to obtain the finished product.
