▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Bridging material comprises highly electric conductive bridging material having large length-to-diameter ratio of one-dimensional nano material, tableting conductivity of more than 106 S/m, diameter of 10-200 nm, and length of 10-300 mu m, and the length ratio of the bridging material and graphene flake diameter is 5:1-150:1. USE - The bridging material useful for improving industrial graphene film layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes bridging material which can be connected with multiple pieces of graphene to form bridge structure; increases the electron transfer path between the graphene sheet and the sheet surface; reduces the impedance in the electron transfer process; and improves the overall conductivity of the film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for bridging method, comprising (i) preparing 0.1-2 g/l tris alkaline solution, and dispersing the bridging material in 10-50 g/l solution, (ii) adding 0.1-2 g/l dopamine hydrochloride to the resultant dispersion, (iii) filtering, stirring the resultant dispersion over 24 hours to obtained a solid substance, washing, and vacuum drying, (iv) adding 5-50% dried bridging material into the graphene slurry, stirring, and mixing uniformly, and (v) forming the graphene slurry into a film layer.
