NOVELTY - An insulating coating composition comprises 100 pts. wt. polymer resin selected from PET resin, polybutylene terephthalate resin, and/or PVC resin, 38-65 pts. wt. plasticizer, 3.5-10.5 pts. wt. stabilizer excluding polymer stabilizer, 3-7.2 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1.5-5.4 pts. wt. filler, and 3.6-11.1 pts. wt. additives including flame retardant, polymer stabilizer, and adhesion improving agent, where adhesion improving agent is mixture of maleic acid-modified polyolefin and trehalose. USE - An insulating coating composition for insulation coating (claimed) used for electric wire. ADVANTAGE - The composition improves durability of the coating material by rapidly dissipating heat generated from the conductor to the outside. Detachment of insulation coating material from the conductor or damaging of insulation coating material can be prevented because the adhesion between the insulation coating material and the conductor is excellent, and the bending strength of the insulation coating material is excellent.
