▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene foam material comprises taking crystalline flake graphite or natural graphite powder, preparing graphite oxide by Hummers method, ultrasonically dispersing obtained graphite oxide product in aqueous solution, adding carbon nanotube with aqueous solution, ultrasonic dispersing to form uniform solution, mixed cellulose ester in microporous film by filtering and then soaking by acetone and drying in vacuum to obtain graphene oxide film, adding obtained graphene oxide film by hydrothermal method and hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent, and heating the obtained product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene foam material in oil-water separation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method allows preparation of the graphene foam material with good adsorption performance of oil and organic solvent and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene foam material comprises taking crystalline flake graphite or natural graphite powder, preparing graphite oxide by Hummers method, ultrasonically dispersing obtained graphite oxide product in aqueous solution, adding carbon nanotube with aqueous solution, ultrasonic dispersing to form uniform solution, mixed cellulose ester in microporous film by filtering and then soaking by acetone for 6-12 hours and drying in vacuum at room temperature for 12 hours to obtain graphene oxide film, adding obtained graphene oxide film by hydrothermal method and hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent, heating the obtained product at 80-90 degrees C for 10-24 hours under gas atmosphere to obtain graphene foam material, placing the obtained graphene foam material into porous ceramic as carrier, soaking in the ferrous salt including ferrous sulfate, ferrous nitrate or ferrous chloride solution, adjusting the pH value to 10-11 by aqueous ammonia, reacting the mixture at 80-90 degrees C for 6-12 hours and drying in vacuum at room temperature.
