NOVELTY - Preparing a complex thermal interface material based on three-dimensional graphene comprises (S1) preparing oxide-modified graphene complex hydrogel by self-assembly method, (S2) preparing a three-dimensional graphene complex aerogel from the graphene complex hydrogel, and (S3) preparing the three-dimensional graphene complex aerogel into nano-wires, and realizing the three-dimensional network connection formed by the nano-wires and the graphene micro-sheets to obtain a three-dimensional graphene-nanowire hybrid aerogel. USE - The method is useful for preparing a complex thermal interface material based on three-dimensional graphene.
