▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Photo-electrochemical sensor, comprises bismuth vanadate-graphene oxide water dispersion coated on the conductive surface of the indium tin oxide electrode. The concentration of bismuth vanadate-graphene oxide water dispersion is 2mg/mL, where bismuth vanadate-graphene oxide water dispersion comprises graphene oxide and bismuth vanadate. The mass ratio of bismuth vanadate and graphene oxide is: 8-10: 1. The graphene oxide comprises concentrated sulfuric acid, graphite powder and potassium permanganate and bismuth vanadate comprises trivalent bismuth, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, organic solvent and metavanadate solution. The trivalent bismuth salt is bismuth(III) nitrate pentahydrate, and vanadate is sodium metavanadate. USE - Photo-electrochemical sensor is useful for detecting oxidant and anti-oxidant capacity (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photo-electrochemical sensor is non-toxic, low cost, simple preparation step, and has good stability and high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for (1) a preparation method of photo-electrochemical sensor; and (2) method of using photo-electrochemical sensor comprises bismuth vanadate-graphene oxide/indium tin oxide electrode for detecting antioxidant and anti-oxidant capacity, where bismuth vanadate-graphene oxide/indium tin oxide electrode as working electrode is assembled to photoelectric detection pool, adding phosphate-buffered saline into the detection pool.
