▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Low-cost and low-adding-quantity conductive nylon 6 composite material comprises 95 pts. nylon 6, 1-5 pts. conductive carbon black and 1-5 pts. graphene microchip. USE - Used as a low-cost low-adding-quantity conductive nylon 6 composite material. ADVANTAGE - The low-cost low-adding-quantity conductive nylon 6 composite material has an excellent conductive property of nylon 6, reduced cost, and reduced conductive filler. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nylon 6 composite material, comprising: (i) mixing nylon 6, conductive carbon black and graphene microchip in a high speed mixer, granulating in a twin-screw extruder to obtain low cost, low-adding-quantity conductive nylon 6 composite; (ii) mixing the nylon 6 and the graphene microchip in high-speed mixer, and granulating in a twin-screw extruder, drying the composite particle of step (i) and the conductive carbon black, mixing in the high-speed mixer, and granulating in a twin-screw extruder, to obtain low cost, low-adding-quantity conductive nylon 6 composite; and (iii) adding the nylon 6, conductive carbon black and the graphene microchip respectively into nylon 6 main feeding port, graphene microchip auxiliary feeding port and conductive carbon black feeding port of sub-type twin-screw extruder feed, and extrusion granulating.
