NOVELTY - Ceramic-based catalyst carrier ink direct writing three-dimensional (3D) printing device comprises ink direct writing 3D printer, air compressor, primary pressure reducing valve, secondary pressure reducing valve and controller. The ink direct writing 3D printer includes ink direct writing 3D printing device (2) and printing cylinder (3). The printing cylinder is arranged above ink direct writing 3D printing device. The printing cylinder is set through air pressure conveying pipe (4) and secondary pressure reducing valve. The outlet of air compressor is set to printing cylinder of ink direct writing 3D printer after primary pressure reducing valve and secondary pressure reducing valve in turn. The controller is respectively electrically set with secondary pressure reducing valve and ink direct writing 3D printer. The controller controls secondary pressure reducing valve and ink direct writing 3D printer to realize control of material extrusion air pressure and 3D printing path. USE - Used as ceramic-based catalyst carrier ink direct writing 3D printing device. ADVANTAGE - The system: realizes the application of ceramic-based catalyst carrier in the field of chemical catalysis through oxidation crosslinking, high temperature sintering, catalyst coating and reactor assembly. The carrier: has high specific surface area, excellent pressure drop performance, high chemical stability, and small thermal expansion coefficient; reduces the pressure loss well at the same time; improves the conversion rate of reactants and the total output of products; and provides a novel solution for the preparation of catalyst carriers in the field of chemical reactors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing ceramic-based catalyst carrier ink direct writing 3D printing for ink direct writing 3D printing device by introducing the ceramic precursor, ceramic particles, adhesive and organic solvent into a magnetic stirrer.
