▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A fuser component comprises a substrate, and a release layer provided on the substrate. The release layer has nonwoven polymer fibers having graphene particles dispersed along the fibers, and a fluoropolymer dispersed throughout the nonwoven polymer fibers. USE - Fuser component is used in electrophotographic imaging apparatus, offset printing and inkjet machines and solid ink transfix machine. ADVANTAGE - The fuser component is manufactured by simple process. The graphene particles are uniformly distributed along the fibers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of fuser member, which involves providing a conductive surface, electrospinning polymeric fiber on the conductive surface to form nonwoven polymer fiber layer, flow-coating a dispersion comprising graphene particles and a solvent (S1) on the nonwoven polymer fiber layer, removing the solvent (S1) to form nonwoven polymer fiber layer having graphene particles deposited along the polymeric fibers, coating a mixture of fluoropolymer and a solvent (S2) on the nonwoven polymer fiber layer having graphene particles deposited along the polymeric fibers, and heating the mixture to remove the solvent (S2) and melt or cure the fluoropolymer to form a release layer.
