▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for catalyzing synthesis of graphene with hierarchical structure from biomass involves (a) preparing raw materials and adding in a fixed bed for high-temperature pyrolysis reaction to obtain carbonized materials, (b) mixing the raw material or the carbonized material with an oxide, hydroxide or salt catalyst of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal, in which the mass ratio of the raw material or carbonized material to the catalyst is (1:0.2)-(1:10), (c) adding the mixture to a fixed bed for high-temperature activation to prepare graphene with a hierarchical structure, and (d) washing the graphene with 0.2-4 mol/l hydrochloric acid, nitric acid or hydrogen fluoride aqueous solution, washing with distilled water to neutrality and drying the washed graphene in a blast drying oven at 80-120 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for catalyzing synthesis of graphene with hierarchical structure. ADVANTAGE - The method renewable biomass resources as raw materials to catalyze the preparation of graphene, replaces fossil resources used by traditional technologies, and significantly increases sustainability of graphene industry.
