NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene oxide composite material, comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in distilled water, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide under ultrasonic conditions, activating for 3 hours; (ii) activating carboxymethyl chitosan; (iii) dissolving hyaluronic acid in distilled water, and adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, activating N-hydroxysuccinimide; and (iv) dissolving step (ii) product in distilled water and adding dropwise to step (iii) product, to activate the hyaluronic acid. USE - The modified graphene oxide composite material is useful as a drug carrier. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified graphene oxide composite material, comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in distilled water, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide under ultrasonic conditions, activating for 3 hours, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide, 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide is 1:0.5:0.25-1:1:0.5; (ii) activating carboxymethyl chitosan, and stirring for 24 hours, dialyzing, freezing and drying, to obtain graphene oxide-carboxymethyl chitosan mixture, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide and carboxymethyl chitosan is 1:1-1:2; (iii) dissolving hyaluronic acid in distilled water, and adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, activating N-hydroxysuccinimide for 3 hours, where the molar ratio of hyaluronic acid and activating agent 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide is 1:1:0.8; and (iv) dissolving step (ii) product in distilled water and adding dropwise to step (iii) product, to activate the hyaluronic acid, and reacting under stirring conditions for 24 hours, dialyzing, freezing and drying, to obtain modified graphene oxide composite material, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide, carboxymethyl chitosan and hyaluronic acid is 1:5-1:10.
