NOVELTY - Preparing graphene thermal conductive heat sink combination products comprises (i) extracting graphene with natural graphite, (ii) attaching and pressing the graphene and PI or copper foil with the tooling jig, (iii) opening the mold and using pressure to make the mold of the graphene thermal fin combination product, and (iv) welding the edges of the graphene thermal fin combination products with ultrasonic waves. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene thermal conductive heat sink combination products. ADVANTAGE - The graphene thermal conductive heat sink combination product has good compressive and thermal effect.
