NOVELTY - A solid-phase extraction column comprises separation column and solid-phase extraction agent filled within the separation column. The solid-phase extraction agent is graphene or modified graphene. The graphene is monolayered graphene or multi-layered graphene. The modified graphene is chosen from e.g. amino graphene, carboxylated graphene, cyano graphene, nitro graphene, boronic acid group-containing graphene, phosphoric acid group-containing graphene, hydroxyl group-containing graphene, mercapto graphene, methylated graphene, allyl graphene and trifluoromethylated graphene. USE - Solid-phase extraction column is used in pre-treatment of chemical sample (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solid-phase extraction column has high separation efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A solid-phase extraction column comprises separation column and solid-phase extraction agent filled within the separation column.
