NOVELTY - Vehicle tire cavity coating comprises 3-10 wt.% corundum powder, 3-10 wt.% emery, 2-10 wt.% silicon carbide powder, 3-8 wt.% carbon black, 8-15 wt.% ethyl silicate, 3-7 wt.% lubricant, 0.5-3 wt.% hollow glass beads, 4.1-6.8 wt.% graphene fiber, 1.1-5.5 wt.% modified resin, 8-11 wt.% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, 0.1-0.5 wt.% coupling agent, 0.1-0.3 wt.% dispersant, 0-1.5 wt.% pigment, 1.2-3.8 wt.% dust remover, and rest is polyurea. USE - Vehicle tire cavity coating. ADVANTAGE - The vehicle tire cavity coating is convenient and cost-effective, has small toxic and side effect and good adhesion ability, effectively improves the tire structure strength, and effectively satisfies the need of spraying operation.
