▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite material comprises a physical antibacterial material comprising graphene oxide and/or carbon nanotubes coated with protamine comprising one or more of pure protamine, protamine sulfate, protamine hydrochloride, and protamine fragments after enzyme digestion. USE - Composite material used for wound healing. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has a synergistic effect of protamine and antibacterial material that enhances the stability, avoids loss, increases service life and storing time, and improves wound healing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material, which involves adding protamine into sterile water, stirring, completely dissolving, obtaining solution comprising 0.5-10 g/L protamine, adding physical antibacterial material into sterile water, ultrasonically dispersing, completely dissolving, obtaining solution comprising 0.5-10 g/L antibacterial material, mixing protamine solution and the antibacterial solution in the volume ratio of 10:1-1:100, heating to 30-100 degrees C for 10-1000 minutes, obtaining a composite suspension, adding 0.1-50 %mass gelling agent, transferring into a mold, vacuum filtering, drying, and separating from the bottom membrane.
