NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion and anti-static cotton yarn comprises 35-40 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 10-18 pts. wt. conductive fiber, 12-18 pts. wt. terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber)long fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0.5-2 pts. wt. adhesive long fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. polypropylene and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. glyceryl stearate. The conductive fiber comprises bamboo fiber, antistatic agent and carbon black particle, and the weight ratio of the antistatic agent to the carbon black particle is 8:15:3. USE - Used as anti-corrosion and anti-static cotton yarn. ADVANTAGE - The yarn: improves the conductive ability of fiber or fabric, sound absorbing effect and corrosion resistance; prevents the static accumulation,; ensures the stable chemical performance of glass fiber.
