NOVELTY - The preparation of borate calcium oxide/graphene nano compound lubricating material involves (1) ultrasonically dispersing borax and calcium chloride in deionized water to obtain borax solution and calcium chloride solution, mixing borax and calcium chloride solutions, reacting at 60-100 degrees C to obtain calcium borate turbidity solution, (2) adding aqueous solution of graphene oxide to calcium borate turbidity solution, ultrasonically stirring, (3) cooling, filtering solids, washing, drying, and grinding. USE - Preparation method of borate calcium oxide/graphene nano compound lubricating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of borate calcium oxide/graphene nano compound lubricating material within 7-12 hours, with reduced energy consumption, reduced cost, improves the loading amount of calcium borate on graphene oxide and lubricating performance of base oil, and reduces friction coefficient to 30-50%.
