▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A carbon material (20) comprises nanocarbon, graphene, or graphite, and has the structure in which the nanocarbon, graphene, or graphite are integrated through the covalent bond between carbon-carbon, or the van der Waals binding between graphite surfaces. USE - Carbon material is used for forming structure (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to electronics, optoelectronics, spintronics, fishing rod, tennis, racket of badminton, X-ray medical device, structural material of civil engineering, aerospace field, and electrical machinery industry, etc. ADVANTAGE - The carbon material has excellent mechanical characteristics, and chemical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) Structure (19), which comprises heat resistant material having structure coated with the carbon material; and (2) manufacture of carbon material, which involves carrying out process which makes metal (13) contact nanocarbon and dissolving surface carbon of nanocarbon in the metal by heating metal, forming structure in which nanocarbon, graphene, or graphite are integrated in surface of the nanocarbon made by contacting metal by cooling the metal by depositing the carbon in the metal as graphene or graphite, and removing the metal from the structure. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of manufacture of carbon material.
