NOVELTY - Dielectric composite film comprises 10-12 pts. wt. pyromellitic dianhydride, 8-10 pts. wt. 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether, 3-5 pts. wt. N-vinylpyrrolidone, 20-25 pts. wt. N, N-dimethyl acetamide, 2-3 pts. wt. nano boron carbide, 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. ethanol, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol and 4-5 pts. wt. water. USE - Dielectric composite film. ADVANTAGE - Dielectric composite film has glue which has good interface compatibility, and is more evenly dispersed, and composite filler can improve stable and efficient materials. The final composite film has good dielectric properties, and still maintain excellent mechanical properties and processing performance and has good prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing dielectric composite film, which involves: (A) preparing nano boron acid and is treated with water and is washed until is become neutral and then drying; (B) using polyvinyl alcohol and is dissolved in water and then is formulated as a solution is mixed with obtained product, where ultrasonic dispersion is carried out for 20-30 minutes; (C) mixing slurry is heated to 60-80 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, and then drying the resulting slurry, and completely remove moisture; (D) resulting powder is mixed with a silane coupling agent and then stirred to obtain surface-modified nano-graphene composite load boron carbide powder; (E) obtaining composite powder is entered into ethanol, where ultrasonic dispersion is carried out for 20-30 minutes; (F) using 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether and is mixed with N, N-dimethylacetamide, and stirred; (G) adding pyromellitic dianhydride and glue polyamic acid and then is followed by obtained product to obtain composite glue; (H) preparing compound glue and is applied on glass plate, which is placed in a forced air oven for imidization treatment; and (I) maintaining treatment conditions, temperature is 200-250 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours to obtain final product.
