NOVELTY - A graphene biological diatom composite fiber comprises 40-50 pts. wt. palm coconut fiber short fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. fine denier terylene low stretch yarn, 10-20 pts. wt. jute short fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. graphitized carbon nanofiber, 5-10 pts. wt. bamboo carbon short fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. animal hair short fiber, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-10 pts. wt. kieselguhr, 1-2 pts. wt. tourmaline powder, 5-10 pts. wt. cellulose fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. lignin cellulose fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. fine cellulose fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. high shrinkage polyester fiber fully-drawn yarn, and 2-8 pts. wt. surfactant. USE - A graphene biological diatom composite fiber for mattress (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite fiber has improved wear resistance, compression resistance, high temperature resistance, and elasticity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene biological diatom composite fiber which involves mixing hydrogen peroxide solution and sodium hydroxide solution added to palm coconut fiber short fiber, jute fiber, and bamboo carbon short fiber, performing ultrasonic oscillation after finishing pouring high-pressure boiler steam in the high pressure boiler, mixing animal wool short fiber, fine denier terylene low stretch yarn, graphitized carbon nanofiber, cellulose fiber, lignin cellulose fiber, fine cellulose fiber, high shrinkage polyester fiber fully-drawn yarn, diatomite, graphene, surfactant, and penetrant-treated jute fiber and bamboo carbon short fiber mixture, loosening blend of fibers after processing, limiting mixture opening after carding of the fiber, and placing fiber mixture in a spinning machine to form into graphene biological diatom composite fiber.
