NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified nylon 6 fiber comprises adding 5-20 pts. wt. of inorganic acid with 1 pts. wt. of graphite powder, performing ultrasonic method to obtain purified graphite powder, adding with 5-20 pts. wt. of strong oxidizing acid, reacting, filtering, drying to obtain graphene oxide, mixing with 10-20 pts. wt. of acylating reagent, reacting, filtering, washing to obtain dilute graphite, mixing with 1-100 pts. wt. of diamine, filtering, washing, drying to obtain oxidized graphite alkene, mixing with 1-100 pts. wt. of caprolactam to obtain melt, spinning, extruding, and stretching. USE - The graphene modified nylon 6 fiber is useful for aerospace, automobile, ship and mechano-electronic field. ADVANTAGE - The method provides nylon 6 fiber with improved interface bonding strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified nylon 6 fiber comprises adding 5-20 pts. wt. of inorganic acid with 1 pts. wt. of graphite powder, performing ultrasonic method at 40-60 degrees C for 24-48 hours, preferably 1-5 hours to obtain purified graphite powder, adding the graphite powder with 5-20 pts. wt. of strong oxidizing acid at 40-110 degrees C, stirring, refluxing, reacting for 5-10 hours, filtering using micro-porous membrane, repeatedly washing with water until the filtrate is neutral, vacuum drying at 30-70 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide, mixing the graphene oxide with 10-20 pts. wt. of acylating reagent, performing ultrasonic method for 1-10 hours, stirring, reacting at 50-90 degrees C for 24-48 hours, refluxing, filtering, washing to remove acylating reagent to obtain dilute graphite, mixing with 1-100 pts. wt. of diamine, ultrasonically processing for 1-10 hours, reacting at 70 degrees C for 24-48 hours, filtering, washing, vacuum drying at 30-70 degrees C for 24-48 hours to obtain oxidized graphite alkene with active amino-group, mixing with 1-100 pts. wt. of caprolactam, ultrasonically processing at 70-100 degrees C for 1-10 hours, adding 1-10 pts. wt. of acid in the mixture, stirring at nitrogen atmosphere, reacting at 250-280 degrees C for 5-12 hours to obtain graphene modified nylon 6 melt, spinning the melt, extruding, and stretching.
