NOVELTY - An improved concrete strength modified polycarboxylic acid water reducer comprises 240-250 pts. wt. isopentenyl ether, 25.2-26.0 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 1.6-1.65 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 0.53-0.55 pts. wt. mercaptoacetic acid, 13-14 pts. wt. lignin, 10 wt.% sodium hydroxide solution, deionized water, 26-28 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2.5-3 pts. wt. sodium pyrophosphate, 2-3 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 8-10 pts. wt. nano alumina, 5-6.5 pts. wt. carbide slag, 2-3 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, and 3-4 pts. wt. sodium citrate. USE - Improved concrete strength modified polycarboxylic acid water reducer. ADVANTAGE - The product has small low bleeding rate, high water reducing rate, scientific and reasonable proportion, and good concrete dispersibility, economic benefit, working performance and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of improved concrete strength modified polycarboxylic acid water reducer comprising: (A) adding graphene oxide with deionized water for 4-5 times, putting into ultrasonic oscillator, ultrasonically processing for 30-40 minutes, uniformly dispersing, water bath heating at 60-80 degrees C, adding lignin, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to form mixture; (B) adding isopentenyl ether with deionized water, stirring and heating at 60-70 degrees C, adding ammonium persulfate, dripping acrylic acid, mercaptoacetic acid and (A), controlling for 3-3.5 hours, continuously heat preserving for 60-90 minutes, adding 10 wt.% sodium hydroxide solution to neutralize, adjusting pH value to neutral, and controlling solid content to 40-45%; and (C) adding slag with deionized water for 5-6 times, stirring for 30-40 minutes to form slurry, heating microcrystalline wax to melt, mixing with nano alumina, insulating for 15-20 minutes, adding into slurry, uniformly stirring and dispersing, continuously adding remaining residual component for 30-40 minutes speed of 500-600 revolutions/minute (rpm), mixing with (B), and uniformly mixing and dispersing into stirring kettle at speed of 600-800 rpm.
