▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The material is prepared by adding oxidized graphite in water and performing ultrasonic dispersing process to form graphene oxide solution that is uniformly coated by a single-sheet layer. Polyaniline is dripped in the graphene oxide solution at room temperature. The ultrasonic dispersion process is performed to form mixed liquid. Peroxide, ferric trichloride and hydrochloric acid solution are respectively dripped and polymerized in the mixed liquid at lower temperature. The mixed liquid is decentralized, washed, and dried in a vacuum part. USE - Graphene oxide/polyaniline supercapacitor composite electrode material for a power storage system of a battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has good electrochemical property, and specific capacities of the graphene oxide and polyaniline are increased. The graphene oxide improves power charge and discharge process of the polyaniline. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a graphene oxide/polyaniline supercapacitor composite electrode material.
