NOVELTY - Three-dimensional graphene oxide electric field-sensitive drug loading system, is prepared by self-assembly of graphene oxide (GO), using chitosan as raw material, 1,2-epoxy butane as an etherification agent, and isopropanol solution as a dispersion system to obtain water-soluble hydroxybutyl chitosan (HBC), and ultrasonically fusing 3D-GO and HBC to obtain 3D-GO-HBC drug-loading system with electric field sensitivity. USE - Three-dimensional graphene oxide electric field-sensitive drug loading system. ADVANTAGE - The drug loading system eliminates the first-pass effect of drugs, reduces side effects, improves patient compliance and expands the application range of drugs by adjusting the external electric field and supplemented by transdermal administration, and also achieves controllable and sustained release of drugs, provides a new idea for drug transdermal release under electric field regulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing three-dimensional graphene oxide electric field sensitive drug-loaded hydrogel, which involves: weighing hydroxybutyl chitosan HBC, add distilled water, control the temperature to dissolve at 4℃, and performing ultrasound to eliminate bubbles after fully dissolved to obtain HBC solution; weighing three-dimensional graphene oxide 3D@GO, add distilled water, oscillate, and ultrasonically disperse to obtain a 3D@GO dispersion; weighing drug X and add it to distilled water to prepare drug X aqueous solution, and slowly adding drug X aqueous solution to 3D@GO dispersion solution, magnetically stirred for 2 hours to obtain the drug-loaded 3D-GO dispersion 3D@GO-X; mixing the HBC solution with the 3D@GO-X dispersion, performing magnetic stirring, and dispersing uniformly by ultrasonic to obtain 3D-GO-HBC-X hydrogel.
