▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The battery safety management device has a box portion (1) whose inside is set to install new energy vehicle batteries, and the side wall is set as a double-layer structure. A box cover (2) is installed on the top of the box portion. A holding box (3) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the box cover, and foam glue is added inside the holding box. A pump (4) is installed on the upper side of the box cover. One end of the pump is communicated with the holding box, and the other end is communicated with the side wall of the box portion through a drainage pipe (5). USE - Battery safety management device for energy vehicle. Uses include but are not limited to a cobalt acid lithium battery, lithium iron phosphate battery, nickel-hydrogen battery, ternary lithium battery and graphene battery. ADVANTAGE - The foaming glue in the containing box fills the gap formed by the puncture when the hard object punctures the box portion, so as to block the gap, thus avoiding the outside air continuously entering the battery through the gap and reacting with the lithium, and hence avoiding the problem of spontaneous combustion or explosion of the battery. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a battery safety management device for new energy vehicle. Box portion (1) Box cover (2) Holding box (3) Pump (4) Drainage pipe (5)
