NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/metal composite matrix involves mixing pre-dispersed graphene and metal particles uniformly. The graphene is immersed in ethanol, and then sonicated to obtain 0.4mg/ml graphene solution. The graphene solution is mixed with 200-400 meshes metal particles with stirring, and then subjected to ultrasonic dispersion. The graphene and metal particles are mixed in ratio of 1:500-2000. The metal particles are submerged in solution to obtain graphene/metal particles mixed solution. The obtained mixed solution is heated in water bath at low temperature with stirring. USE - Method for preparing graphene/metal composite matrix (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/metal composite matrix that has enhanced structural integrity, excellent dispersibility and good performance, and is suitable for industrial production. The obtained slurry is added to petri dish, and then dried in oven under vacuum at low temperature. The dried mixture is collected, and then placed in inert atmosphere to obtain graphene/metal composite powder particles. The obtained graphene/metal composite powder particles are transferred into mold at 450-550 degrees C at 300-500 mega-pascal pressure for 40-80 minutes to obtain graphene/bulk metal particles, which are extruded to obtain graphene/metal composite matrix.
