▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of tin oxide/sulfur-doped graphene oxide composite material involves performing hydrothermal reaction to a mixed solution of graphene dispersion liquid, sulfur source, tin source and hydrochloric acid aqueous solution to obtain an intermediate product, washing and processing the dry product, sintering the intermediate product after the washing treatment, and drying. USE - Preparation method of tin oxide/sulfur doped graphene oxide composite material for battery e.g. lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The tin oxide/sulfur doped graphene composite material has good conductivity, high capacity, low volume expansion, stable structure, which is good for improving the cycle stability of battery charging and discharging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a tin oxide/sulfur doped graphene composite material; and (2) a battery.
