NOVELTY - A platinum loaded polyaniline/graphene nano particles preparation method involves taking oxide solution in bottle, and adding borohydride. The components in the mixed solution are reacted. The obtained product is dispersed in water to obtain graphite. Reduced graphene nano-sheet and iron(III)chloride are distributed in acid solution. The centrifuged product is dried to obtain nano-compound material that is dispersed in the water. Chloroplatinic acid solution and formic acid solution are added into the solution. The obtained product is dried to obtain polyaniline/graphene nano catalyst. USE - Method for preparing platinum loaded polyaniline/graphene nano particles. ADVANTAGE - The method enables uniform and controllable loading of the nano particles. The nano particles have better electro-catalysis activity, and perform highly-sensitive hydrogen peroxide detection in an effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A platinum loaded polyaniline/graphene nano particles preparation method involves taking 30 ml of graphene oxide solution in a 250 ml three-necked bottle, and adding 150 mg of sodium borohydride into the bottle. The components in the mixed solution are reacted using a mechanical stirring process at 80 degrees C for 6 hours. The reacted mixture is subjected to a centrifuging process for 5 minutes at rotating speed 12000-14000 rotations per minute. The obtained product is dispersed in 10 ml of distilled water using an ultrasonic battery for 20 minutes, where ultrasonic power of the battery is 150-200 Watt to obtain the uniformly dispersed reducing graphite. 5 mg of aniline is added into 5 ml of dichloromethane, and 20 ml of the mixed solution is transferred as an organic layer, and 0.15 mg reduced grapheme nano-sheet (rGNS) and 5 mg of iron(III)chloride hexahydride are evenly distributed in 5 ml of 1 molar hydrochloric acid solution. The mixed solution is added into reducing graphite in the bottle along a wall to establish liquid/liquid interface system. The components in the solution are made to react for 48 hours at 30 degrees C. The reacted mixture is washed using secondary distilled water and centrifuged at speed of 12000-14000 rotations per minute for 5 minutes. The centrifuged product is dried in vacuum for 48 hours at 40 degrees C to obtain polyaniline/reducing graphite nano-compound material. 0.5 mg of nano-compound material is dispersed in 4 ml of distilled water using the ultrasonic battery for 20 minutes, where ultrasonic power of the battery is 150-200 Watt. 5 mg of chloroplatinic acid solution and 0.25 ml formic acid solution are added into the dispersed solution at 25 degrees C under a magnetic stirring process. The resulting product is washed with secondary distilled water and centrifuged at speed of 10000-2000 rotations per minute for 3 minutes. The obtained product is dried in vacuum for 48 hours at 40 degrees C to obtain molybdenum or platinum loaded polyaniline/graphene nano catalyst.
