▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composite involves mixing aluminum powder and aluminized graphene using ball mill mixing method to obtain uniform composite powder, loading the composite powder into a graphite mold coated with graphite paper, pre-compressing the graphite mold using a manual hydraulic press, at 8-12 MPa, wrapping 4-6 mm thick carbon felt around graphite mold, placing in furnace of spark plasma sintering system, vacuuming to below 5 Pa, applying direct current pulse current to consolidate the composite powder, forming at an axial pressure of 10-50 MPa, 20-50 degrees C/minute, and sintering temperature of 550-600 degrees C, heat preserving for 5-10 minutes, and cooling the sintered sample to room temperature with the furnace to obtain graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite cylindrical ingot. USE - Preparation of graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composite. ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composite with excellent mechanical properties, and electrical conductivity.
