NOVELTY - Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filter material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. polyethylene, 10-20 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 3-5 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal powder, 4-12 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 4-10 pts. wt. polyester fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. polyhydroxyalkanoate, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 2-8 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, and 3-9 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene filter material. ADVANTAGE - The filter material: is environmentally friendly, has simple preparation, exhibits strong adsorption capacity for odor and foreign matter, does not pollute the environment, and can be recycled. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the filter material, comprising (a) mixing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, bamboo charcoal powder, nano calcium carbonate, polyester fiber, polyhydroxyalkanoate, and then adding it to a stirring tank, low-speed stirring at a stirring rate of 100-300 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 8 minutes, then adding zinc stearate, antimony trioxide, continuously stirring for 20 minutes, allowing to stand for 5 minutes to obtain first mixture, (b) adding polyethylene to the first mixture, mixing and adding to the kneading machine, mixing at temperature of 160-190 degrees C for 15-30 minutes to obtain the second mixture, and (c) adding graphene to second mixture, then placing the mixture in a muffle furnace at 500-600 degrees C for 40-70 minutes, cooling, and then pulverizing into 80 meshes powder to obtain filter material.
