NOVELTY - Printing ink comprises oxalic acid, zinc phosphate, vinyl acetate, epoxy acrylate resin, potassium aluminum sulfate dodecahydrate, dibasic ester solvent, graphene oxide, gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane as silane coupling agent KH-550, glycidyl methacrylate, ethyl acetate, pigment, and auxiliary agent that comprises polyvinyl butyral, 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane as silane coupling agent KH-560, acrylic acid amine, polyamide wax, organic silicon defoaming agent, diethylene glycol diethyl ether, and nanostarch. USE - The ink is useful for printing on a substrate surface. ADVANTAGE - The printing ink: has long lasting antibacterial effect and good toughness and heat stability; can withstand greater temperature changes, hence the ink does not fall off; and provide a firm, clear print on the substrate surface after prolonged use of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Printing ink comprises 4-6 pts. wt. oxalic acid, 2-4 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 20-28 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 25-35 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate resin, 3-5 pts. wt. potassium aluminum sulfate dodecahydrate, 15-20 pts. wt. dibasic ester solvent, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane as silane coupling agent KH-550, 5-8 pts. wt. glycidyl methacrylate, 10-15 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 20-30 pts. wt. pigment, and 2-4 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent comprises 2-4 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyral, 1-2 pts. wt. 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane as silane coupling agent KH-560, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. acrylic acid amine, 2-3 pts. wt. polyamide wax, 1-3 pts. wt. organic silicon defoaming agent, 12-15 pts. wt. diethylene glycol diethyl ether, and 4-6 pts. wt. nanostarch, and is prepared by mixing nanostarch with 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane as silane coupling agent KH-560 and grinding the mixture in a disperser for 20-30 minutes to obtain surface modified nanostarch particles, adding the remaining raw materials to the particles with stirring for 30-40 minutes, heating the stirred mixture to 60-80 degrees C to form a uniform dispersion, heat preserving the dispersion and ultrasonically dispersing for 4-5 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the printing ink comprising (a) uniformly mixing graphene oxide and gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane as silane coupling agent KH-550, stirring the mixture at 110-120 degrees C for 25-35 minutes, cooling the mixture to room temperature, grinding the mixture in a disperser for 20-30 minutes to obtain the material, and (b) mixing the remaining materials in a tank for 1-1.5 hours, adding the material of step (a) to the tank, uniformly mixing for 30-40 minutes and then adding the pigment, continuously stirring the mixture and then grinding using a three roll dispersing machine, where resulting slurry has a particle size of less 25 mu m.
