NOVELTY - Three-dimensional thermally conductive wave-absorbing reinforced composite film, comprises graphene oxide/MXene films. The graphene oxide/MXene film has many through holes penetrating the upper and lower surfaces of the graphene oxide/MXene film, and graphene-coated nano-diamond particles are penetrated inside the through hole. USE - Used as three-dimensional thermally conductive wave-absorbing reinforced composite film. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional heat-conducting wave-absorbing reinforced composite film not only has super-high heat-conducting coefficient in the transverse direction, but also has high heat-conducting coefficient in the longitudinal direction, and also has good wave absorbing performance and better mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a three-dimensional thermally conductive and wave-absorbing enhanced composite film comprising (i) mixing graphene-coated nano-diamond particles, a silane coupling agent and a solvent, and ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to obtain graphene-coated nano-diamond particles solution of particles, (ii) performing laser array drilling on the graphene oxide/MXene film, so that the surface and the interior of the graphene oxide/MXene film are penetrated to form through holes, (iii) pouring solution containing graphene-coated nano-diamond particles into the through holes inside the hole and drying to obtain a three-dimensional thermally conductive wave-absorbing reinforced composite film.
