NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene dip-coating baking paint comprises 40-60 wt.% dispersion, 8-15 wt.% aqueous cross-linked resin, 2-10 wt.% film-forming auxiliary agent, 0-1 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0-1 wt.% leveling agent, 0-1 wt.% dispersant, 1-5 wt.% graphene, 0.5-3 wt.% liquid anti-rust pigment, 0-2 wt.% anti-flash rust agent, 0-2 wt.% thickener and water (remaining amount). USE - The paint is useful in chemical field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint: improves the anti-settling performance of the dip-coated coating in a low viscosity state, and corrosion resistance of the paint film; improves the hardness and scratch resistance of the paint film; reaches pencil hardness to above 2H; and has excellent scratch resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the aqueous graphene dip-coating baking paint, comprising (i) pre-mixing the dispersion, film-forming auxiliary agent with water, and then adding graphene and dispersing the pulp at high speed to obtain first slurry, (ii) grinding the slurry obtained in the step (i) to fineness of 15 mu m or less through sand mill to obtain second slurry, (iii) adding second slurry and other additives obtained in the step (ii) to the resin under stirring to obtain pre-finished paint, and(iv) taking the pre-finished paint and baking at 120-180 degrees C for 20-30 minutes to obtain aqueous dip-coated graphene dried paint; and (2) product, comprising aqueous dip-coated graphene baking paint.
