NOVELTY - A method of producing a carbon material having graphene and an application thereof are provided. A biomass material is transferred to the carbon material having graphene by subjecting to a carbonized process and a semi-graphitized process. Based on a total weight of the carbon material having graphene as 100 %, a content of the graphene is no less than 25 % by weight. An averaged electrical conductivity of the carbon material having graphene is no less than 0.8 s/cm.
