NOVELTY - Nuclear power large forging heat treatment coating comprises solid powder and liquid, the solid powder is composed of 20-50 pts. wt. graphene, 10-50 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 10-20 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 5-18 pts. wt. kaolin, 5-30 pts. wt. calcium dihydrogen phosphate and 18-35 pts. wt. diboron trioxide, the liquid is composed of 1-10 pts. wt. aqueous-soluble phenolic resin, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. organosilicon coupling agent and 50-100 water. USE - Used as nuclear power large forging heat treatment coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent anti-oxidation effect; can provide convenient anti-oxidation protection when the nuclear forgeable piece is forged and heated for many times at the temperature of 1200?Oc, the coating has fast coating speed on the surface of the forge piece, it is convenient to use, it is easy to form film; oxidation weight increment caused by the long-time heating process is reduced by more than 95%.
