▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The cell has electrolyte e.g. polysulfide redox couple electrolyte, and a counter electrode provided with a catalytic activity material. The material comprises one of active carbon, carbon black, flaky graphite, graphene, spherical graphite, single-wall carbon nano-tube, multi-wall carbon nano-tube, carbon fiber or hard carbon material. An optical anode comprises quantum dots. A quantum dot sensitized porous layer is made of titanium dioxide, niobium oxide powder, zinc oxide, silicon dioxide, zirconium oxide or aluminum oxide. USE - Quantum dot sensitized solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The cell adopts the counter electrode made of carbon, which is low in cost and improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The polysulfide redox couple electrolyte is disulphide redox couple electrolyte. The quantum dots are made of inorganic narrow bandgap semiconductor nanocrystalline that comprises one of cadmium sulphide, cadmium selenide, cadmium telluride, lead selenide, indium phosphide and indium selenide.
