NOVELTY - The method involves filtering a concentration is 0.25 to 1 mg/ml of oxidized graphene suspension, and drying the suspension to obtain a graphene oxide film. Filtering, screening and washing processes are performed at a 60-100 degrees centigrade in a drying filter to obtain the oxide film as a base material of a current collector. Solvent of the oxidized graphene suspension is contained with de-ionized water, ethanol, methanol and isopropanol, and cation surfactant including quaternary ammonium salt, ethanol ammonium salt, and alcohol ammonium salt. USE - Fluid preparation method for a current collector of a super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method provides the base material with a complete and uniform thin film, and provides the current collector with a strong mechanical property. The method enhances a conductivity of a substrate material, reduces a weight and improves a super capacitor energy density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a fluid.
