NOVELTY - The method involves covering a graphene oxide thin film on an N-type silicon piece through surface hydrophilic treatment. Graphene oxide dispersion liquid is filled in a dispersing medium. Deionized water, ethanol and isopropyl alcohol are separated from graphene oxide dispersion liquid. A positive charge layer is arranged on diallyl dimethylamine monomolecular layer that is formed on a surface area of the N-type silicon piece. A surface self-assembling layer is formed with a graphene oxide single molecule layer. USE - N-type silicon piece surface passivation method for a solar energy battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing surface passivation effect and cell conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a solar energy battery.
